Local labour can easily be taught how to use the common hand-tools needed for much of the erection, under constant supervision by Top Housing's team of experienced technicians and engineers.
We provide careful instructions to the building contractor, to ensure fast and easy construction supported by detailed manpower schedules and timetables.
Commissioning and Installations
Technical job-site services are a valuable complement to our general supervision of erection.
We perform all kinds of tests and controls of special equipment and installations,
to guarantee a finished project fully operational and ready for use or occupancy.
