PackingA consignment from Top Housing is packed in containers or trailers at our dedicated warehouse terminal in Malmo. A detailed documentation procedure enables us trace the whereabouts of all materials at any time. Transportation We make use of modern logistics systems to determine the best way to freight goods to the final destination. All our buildings can be shipped in standard ISO-containers, for secure delivery to site by road, rail, sea or air. Customs We have shipped buildings and equipment to some 40 countries worldwide, leaving us with a wide knowledge of the standards and inspection requirements of different customs & port authorities. 
Shipping DocumentationOur wholly computerized packing & marking system is very reliable, and fully acceptable to most international and local official bodies. Port Handling The accurate documentary system minimizes delays at the port of delivery. Access on Site The itemized packing lists are hugely helpful on site. All the goods and crates are clearly marked, and materials can easily be identified and found when needed during erection and installation.
